Won Ng has over 20 years of experience building technology companies. She is an expert in helping high growth software companies get where they want to go, and is an advocate and enabler of sustainable growth in both businesses and people.
She has been instrumental in the growth of multiple technology startups, playing key leadership roles across Product Management, Development & QA, Professional Services, and Operations. The companies she chooses to work with often become success stories on multiple fronts - as a coveted place to work, with raving fans as clients, and as deeply respected businesses in each of their chosen markets.
Won loves to work with lifelong learners who have high integrity, a growth mentality, and pure simple grit. People who balance their intellectual curiosity with a healthy dose of humility and empathy. She has been blessed to work with many companies and leaders that shared her belief in pursuing better ways of working than what we commonly see out there, and were willing to make the sacrifices necessary to bring it to life. Through doing so, they often found that those efforts led to a more sustainable foundation that fueled personal and organizational growth beyond their wildest imaginations.
When she's not out and about working with amazing people, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter, biking along the seawall, playing a round of golf or hitting the ski slopes in the winter, staying on top of the latest restaurants and food trends, and reading business books for fun. She loves travelling the world and experiencing different cultures in person and through their food.
